Title |
A Review Report on Enhancing the Stability of Electric Vehicles (EVs) |
Abstract |
The adoption of electric vehicles (EVs), including battery electric vehicles (BEVs), hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs), plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs), and fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs), has been increasing. Internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles are anticipated to be replaced by EVs in the near future, based on current trends. Each major component of EVs utilizes a variety of technologies, some of which are already in use or may become relevant in the future. While electric vehicles offer numerous benefits, their use could potentially impact sectors such as the environment and power systems. This research focuses on an electric vehicle equipped with four in-wheel motors. The stability of the vehicle is assessed by considering factors like vehicle speed and the road adhesion coefficient. A comprehensive literature review on vehicle stability analysis is also presented in this paper. |
