Copyright Infringement Claims
We prioritize all claims related to copyright, earlier publications, or patents. Any such claims should be submitted through the contact methods listed on our contact page. To facilitate the review process, the claim must be supported by documented evidence proving the publication, copyright, or patent status of the disputed work prior to the publication of the concerned article or research.
Upon receipt of the claim, we will assess its validity. If deemed appropriate, we will notify the author of the claim and request an explanation. This discussion will remain transparent to both parties. We reserve the right to determine the validity of any claim.
If the claim is confirmed as valid after due deliberation, the affected research or article will be removed from all our pages, archives, and servers.
Fees Refund and Cancellation Policy
Upon completing a transaction, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After completing the transaction, the User may cancel the order unless otherwise specified on the Platform. If cancellation is allowed, it will be subject to the terms outlined on the Platform. We retain the discretion to approve or deny cancellation requests and may request additional details before approval.
Once the product and/or service has been received, a request for a replacement, return, or refund will only be accepted if the product and/or service does not match the description provided on the Platform. Refund requests must be submitted within three days of the transaction date or within the time frame specified on the Platform, which will not be less than three days. To initiate a refund request, users must submit a claim by raising a ticket or contacting us with a clear and specific reason for the request, including any required proof.
Refund eligibility will be determined at our discretion, and we may request additional details before processing. If your refund request is approved, it will be processed and issued within 4-5 business days. The refund will be issued within a minimum of 4 business days and a maximum of 5 business days, in accordance with our guidelines.
