Merchant’s Rights

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when making a purchase or using the Platform, including personal and payment details. This includes ensuring that all information is valid and correct to facilitate the Transaction.

Prohibited Actions

As a User, you agree not to:

• Collect or use data from the Platform without written permission.
• Use the Platform for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.
• Interfere with the security features of the Platform.
• Impersonate other users or use another’s login credentials.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any issues related to unauthorized use of your Payment Instrument or failure in transaction authorization. We also do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from bugs or viruses, and it is your responsibility to take appropriate security measures.
